Quiet Hours & Privacy
Quiet hours begin after 22:00; private parties and loud music are strictly prohibited without prior management approval.
Smoking & Fire Safety
Smoking is strictly forbidden inside bedrooms; open flames, incense, and candles require explicit authorization.
Bedrooms & Antique Furnishings
Please do not move antique furnishings or heritage artefacts; notify your butler promptly of any issues.
Swimming Pool
Swimming pool hours are 06:00–22:00; children under 12 must be supervised by an adult at all times.
Pet Guidelines
Pets require advance notice and formal approval; owners bear full responsibility for hygiene and any property damage.
Property & Liability
Guests are held liable for compensation regarding damaged or missing property caused by personal negligence.
Guest Assistance
All assistance requests are handled via hotline; on-site staff remain on call 24/7 for emergencies.
Accommodation Surcharges
Children under 6 stay complimentary; children 6–11: 350,000 VND surcharge; third guest: 700,000 VND surcharge.
